By using the WikiMixer application ("the App"), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Non-Affiliation

WikiMixer is an independent project and is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with the Wikimedia Foundation, Wikipedia, or any of its subsidiaries or its affiliates. The official Wikimedia website can be found at wikimediafoundation.org.

2. Content Liability

WikiMixer functions strictly as an interactive viewer and iframe wrapper. It does not host, create, curate, or modify the textual or multimedia content displayed within the discovery viewer. All articles, text, images, and data are dynamically sourced and rendered directly from Wikimedia APIs.

The creator of WikiMixer assumes no responsibility or liability for the accuracy, legality, safety, or appropriateness of the content generated by the random discovery features. You acknowledge that random Wikipedia pages may occasionally contain sensitive, controversial, or mature topics.

3. Affiliate Links

WikiMixer displays dynamic affiliate links (e.g., Amazon Associates) that use the title of the currently viewed article to generate relevant product searches. The creator of WikiMixer earns from qualifying purchases made through these links. This tracking is handled securely and independently by the affiliate partner.

4. Use of Service

You agree to use this application responsibly and without attempting to abuse the rate limits of the public Wikimedia APIs that power it. The creator reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service at any time without notice.
